The Facility
As many of you know, the upkeep of a farm is a full-time endeavour! We are proud of all those that contribute. For the horses we have 14 indoor stalls between 2 separate barns; for stallions and mares. Around each barn there are multiple turnout paddocks with shelters. On another section we have plenty of pasture for retired and young horses alike. Choosing between our hot summers and cold winters, we can exercise horses in either our indoor or outdoor rings.

EQUITOP FARM
Sheep & Border Collies
Equitop Farm is also home to Medicine Ridge Ovine, which is focused on the sale of high-quality breeding stock and a purebred flock made up of Ille de France, Canadian Arcott and Rideau Arcott breeds.  The Border Collies work with the sheep daily. Inquire about Registered Purebred Puppies.

Medicine Ridge Ovine
Having originally brought their first mares from Brinkmann family-lines in Europe; here Gerrit is pictured with group of 6th generation mares. Ute & Beke enjoy trail rides together. Our horses performance is second to enjoyment first and foremost!

A Family of Horse Folk
We are situated in the Prairie Parkland region of Central Alberta, where we experience beautiful skies and views, but also extremes in temperatures. We can raise very happy horses in the temperate climate.
Near the main farm, we have plenty of pasture for retired and young horses alike! With open spaces and shelter from wind, the group of horses enjoy the large fields, and their daily checks.[
