He is a barn favourite and the one that everyone wants to ride. He’s easy to have in the barn with excellent ground manners as well. His first show season was a success. He started in the 1m jumpers and moved quickly to the 1.2m division. He was in the ribbons many times and will move to the 1.25/1.3m early next year.” – Cheryl

Chapman was purchased by the Benham family, as a newly started youngster at Equitop Farm. We love hearing about the progression they are having with this young horse. This season Jolene and Chapman could be seen in the big equitation classes at Thunderbird Show Park in Langley, BC — and they are rocking it, looking like pros!
Chapman is described as “brave, calm, not spooky, gentle giant, and affectionate.”

This horse has been such a cool fellow while being started undersaddle — he exercises under rider, handles and trailers like he’s been doing it everyday! Jumping confidently on and off property, and starting his changes, this youngster is ready to show. A-class attitude, and bounds of potential.
